1.1 What is the Psymetric App?

The Psymetric App is a digital platform designed for both local and foreign workers to conveniently take mental health screening tests using their mobile devices.

1.2 What is the difference between the Psymetric App and the Psymetric Portal?

Psymetric App:

  • Available on Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS).

  • Designed for both local and foreign workers.

  • Allows users to directly take tests within the app.

Psymetric Portal:

  • Accessible via this link: Psymetric Portal Login

  • Available to both individuals and companies.

  • Companies can purchase tokens and distribute them to employees.

  • Users are able to view pie chart results after completing the mental health screening test.

1.3 Who is eligible to sign up for the Psymetric App and Psymetric Portal?

Psymetric App:

  • Designed for both local and foreign workers.

  • Anyone can download the app, sign up, and take the mental health screening test after making payment.

Psymetric Portal:

  • Open to both individuals and companies.

  • Individuals can register and take tests directly.

  • Companies can purchase tokens and distribute them to employees, allowing staff to access the tests without making individual payments.

1.4 Will my personal data and test results remain confidential?

Yes. Personal data in an individual’s profile will not be shared with third parties or employers. However, if the test is taken using a prepaid token provided by the company, the employer will be able to see only whether the individual has passed or not. Detailed answers and personal data remain confidential.

2. Registering with Psymetric

2.1 Where can I access the guidelines for using the Psymetric Portal?

2.2 If an employer is unable to log in to the Psymetric Portal after registering an account, what should they do?

Employers should contact our customer service at [email protected]. Customer Service will verify the details and forward the request to our Compliance team for account screening and activation.

3. Payment for Psymetric

3.1 What payment methods are supported on both the Psymetric App and Portal?

Currently, payments can be made via FPX, debit cards, and credit cards, including both local and international cards.

3.2 Which currencies are supported for making payments in the Psymetric App?

The app supports transactions in the following eight currencies:

  • Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

  • Philippine Peso (PHP)

  • Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)

  • Vietnamese Dong (VND)

  • Thai Baht (THB)

  • Nepalese Rupee (NPR)

  • Cambodian Riel (KHR)

⚠️ Payments will be converted to Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and can be made by credit cards for foreign cards only

3.3 Are there any additional fees for taking a mental health screening test?

A 2.4% fee applies only when payment is made by credit card, due to bank charges.

3.4 I’m having trouble making a payment with my debit or credit card. What should I do?

If you’re unable to complete a payment using your debit or credit card, please try the following:

  • Double-check that your card number, expiry date, and CVV are entered correctly.

  • Ensure your card has sufficient balance and is enabled for online transactions.

  • Try using an alternative payment method if available.

4. Test Results in Psymetric

4.1 If my employer knows that I failed the mental health screening test, what will happen?

If you do not pass the mental health screening, your employer will only know that support may be needed. This is not intended as punishment but rather as a way to help connect you with the right assistance and resources. Your personal data and detailed responses remain private.

4.2 As an employer, what should I do if one of my employees fails the mental health screening?
